So frustration when a company does not respond to a telephone call, email or text. I would not recommend this company.

Russ has done a great job at our commercial building and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

We had a minor electrical emergency. Our main breaker was tripping every few hours on Saturday morning causing us to lose all power. Russ and the company have done excellent work in our rental units and our homes. Only issue we encounter, and understandable given limited resources and heavy demand for their services, is response time for regular tasks. We did not have issues with emergency calls.
